Job Description: Do you like solving problems and coming up with solutions that are not obvious? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in analytics and content creation. This is a junior-level position with unlimited growth opportunities for the right candidate. We’re seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who’s organized, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize, and take initiative. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day tasks that contribute to the development and execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Systems and Programming, and senior executives to ideate, plan and execute marketing projects. You will create compelling content that is on message and on brand. You will help with social media marketing, gathering leads, and setting appointments. You will help us analyze our digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics and the reporting systems within our Email Service Provider. You will work in a fun, high energy environment with passionate, dedicated people.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tracking of Google Analytics campaigns
  • Attend client calls and summarize call notes
  • Research and provide background summary on prospective clients
  • Always use the correct form of to, too, two
  • Never, ever, ever use Time New Roman Font
  • Agree to only use square bullet points
  • Help with maintaining and updating websites
  • Support the execution of our conference schedule
  • Help with the production of client-facing presentations
  • Edit and write copy
  • Proof-read and circulate press releases with pertinent company news
  • Maintain knowledge of current technology trends
  • Identify and implement tools and processes to work more efficiently
  • Propose unique and thoughtful solutions to both short-term and long-term development goals
  • Understand the appropriate tone of voice for our social media accounts and leverage the accounts for marketing initiatives.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Executive Assistant experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ad Words
  • Basic knowledge of CRM management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages required
  • Strong background in social media marketing
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Has written and published a corporate blog (can also provide us with a link to the post)
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience creating and/or managing an inbound leads program would be a PLUS

Job Description – Bids Coordinator/Sales Support

This is an entry-level position with unlimited growth potential. Most of the people who started out in this role moved up quickly. This position is ideal for someone who wants to get started in the Market Research industry and learn how to work in a fast-paced team environment. Your job will be to analyze the needs of our projects, and provide pricing. You won’t get bored…or get to be lazy.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine project feasibility and provide costs
  • Work under (sometimes unreasonable) deadlines
  • Remain organized in the face of chaos
  • Track source performance – be aware of what works and what doesn’t
  • Work to improve pricing accuracy and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with staff and our sample partners to identify the best sources for each bid
  • Support sales staff with any needs related to sales and revenue growth
  • Be a mind reader (OK not really, but it does help!)
  • Be unflappably cheerful in the face of (sometimes) absurd demands

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Learn quickly and be a self-starter
  • Have an interest in learning our business
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Technically inclined with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Above average mathematical skills
  • Demonstrated skills in multitasking, time management & organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Some data processing experience e.g. data cleaning and running counts/basic statistical knowledge/familiarity with the word ‘stats’ will also be beneficial
  • Any Market Research experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Be amazing. Really, we don’t have the time or budget for anything less than someone that is not fanatical about quality and putting 100% into everything they do. We need someone that thrives on finding solutions and rising to the next level.
