The official launch of a new Las Vegas facility supports ISA’s rapid growth in 2019
The ISA Family of Companies announced today the official opening of their new 110-station call center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The new facility brings ISA’s nation-wide dialing capacity to 310. Opening a second facility in Las Vegas allows ISA to access a larger hiring pool in a state with strong economic growth.
“Los Angeles has been our home base for the last 36 years and will continue to be our flagship location. However, in order to meet our client’s growing needs, we have realized the necessity of expansion into a second facility. In doing so, we are pleased to welcome the addition of the Las Vegas-based team members into our family of companies,” said Michael Halberstam, ISA Chairman.
This new facility gives clients greater flexibility and access to the same high-quality data collection to which they’ve become accustomed. Clients will continue to benefit from superior telephone interviewing with ISA’s award-winning multicultural and multilingual capabilities.
Recognizing the ever-changing needs of the market and building a portfolio around those needs is the foundation of ISA’s business strategy. Late last year, ISA launched their automotive division, Driven by Q-insights ™ dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive research. SoapBoxSample, ISA’s panel and online division, has recently distinguished itself as a leader in cannabis research. In 2016, ISA expanded their business with the acquisition of icanmakeitbetter, an insight community platform.
