Internal Promotions and New Hires Will Drive Growth Initiatives for 2019

To help brands understand consumer preferences in a hyper-choice economy, the ISA Family of Companies (which includes ISA, Q-insights, SoapBoxSample and icanmakeitbetter) announced today their plan for restructuring and reinvesting in their internal resources. As part of a recent hiring surge, experts from outside the research industry were brought in to strengthen their focus on specific verticals. Experts from the fields of cannabis, auto, grocery, retail and QSR were brought onboard to support new client driven initiatives for 2019. Major promotions inside the organization will provide additional leadership during the expansion while continuing to execute high-quality research engagements.

“We are beyond thrilled to welcome new team members with vast professional experience outside of research. Our team will benefit from fresh perspectives and our clients will benefit by having greater access to forward-thinking thought partners who understand the verticals they operate in,” said Jacqueline Rosales, SoapBoxSample COO.

Sally DeLuca, an expert in cannabis products and patient advocacy, will take on the role of Account Manager. Sally has served as a sales rep and patient coordinator at CannaKids, a California-based medical advocacy brand, and most recently guiding patients in product purchases at Woodland Hills Treatment Center. Sally will help support the growth of SoapBoxSample’s newest product – the CANNApinion Poll, a bi-monthly survey of cannabis users.

As Account Executive, Marisa Morgan brings four years of media sales, and a strong background in automotive and QSR. A former Chronic Tacos franchise owner, Marisa understands the unique pain points of the QSR industry. Her extensive connections in specialized verticals, combined with her experience closing key accounts, will help the company achieve their ambitious sales goals for 2019.

James Gray was promoted to CTO of icanmakeitbetter. In 2019, he will be spearheading new technology releases for the community platform including new integrations, new Dashboards, and recruitment optimization. James has spent the past 20+ years developing ground breaking technical solutions across medicine, finance, education and now business intelligence. James routinely speaks publicly, and writes and delivers core code across multiple development disciplines.

Also joining the development team this year is Paul Dawson, an accomplished full stack developer, with experience across multiple industries. He worked for Labor Voices, where he built survey solutions to work in developing countries to allow real-time auditing of labor forces and worker condition feedback.

Additional support staff has been added to guide overall growth and the execution of customized research engagements. Rosa Gomez, who has a specialized background in SEO and digital optimization, has been hired as an Estimating & Vendor Relations Associate. Kiera Sheppard, SoapBoxSample’s new Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant, with over 14 years of administrative experience, will manage office functions while delivering exceptional customer service. Kealan Crowley, who has been with the ISA Family of Companies for over 7 years, has been promoted to Account Manager. He will assist with key accounts, assisting in communication during the execution of complex, lengthy and mixed methodology engagements.

The planned expansion across multiple divisions of the ISA Family will drive growth into 2019. Clients will benefit from partnering with a research provider who offers relevant knowledge of verticals and a commitment to new techniques and approaches.
