A 25-year veteran of Market Research, Jacqueline previously acted as Chief Revenue Officer at Luth Research, where she helped to build the organization from a boutique market research firm to one of the fastest growing companies as recognized by Inc. Magazine. Recently, Jacqueline emerged as a thought leader in entrepreneurship and company culture, and speaks about her professional and personal experiences in her blog, Telltale Ten. Dan is a key player in the growth of SoapBoxSample. Dan was recently promoted to Vice President of Operations, a role which combines his client-facing experience with his strategic operations know-how. He is known within the Market Research industry for his ability to fulfill even the most difficult client requests. Dan attributes the success of SoapBoxSample in part to their willingness to be a thought partner to clients. Dan began his career in Market Research in 1998 as a phone supervisor at the Barna Research Group. In 2002, Dan joined the ISA Family of Companies and quickly moved up the ranks to assume the role of Senior Project Manager. Before embarking on his current career path, Dan worked as a DJ and a sushi chef.

Elinor Gaida

Vice President of Research and Analytics

Elinor was recently promoted to Vice President of Research and Analytics. She leads the full service research team at SoapBoxSample. She has an in-depth understanding of research techniques and methodologies. Her detail-oriented nature and ability to translate numbers and statistics into meaningful contexts and actionable recommendations makes her a valuable asset of SoapBox.

Elinor is an expert in project management and execution of qualitative, quantitative and mixed mode methodologies. Her research areas include, among others, new product development, concept testing, satisfaction, social media research and branding. She has extensive experience in directing projects using advanced analytic concepts such as segmentation, regression, perceptual mapping, TURF, MaxDiff and conjoint analysis. Key industries include telecommunications, consumer technology, online retailers, healthcare providers, and utilities.

She works with internal and external C-level client contacts on project budget, research design and execution, and is responsible for managing internal and external resources for day-to-day operations as well as achieving overall company growth and profitability.

In addition to overseeing business-to-business marketing efforts, Adriana is responsible for all of SoapBox’s creative deliverables, including creating branded content for projects designed to engage respondents. Her job is to help brands optimize their research by incorporating visual content and tailored messaging to create a fully interactive brand experience. Prior to embarking on her career in marketing, Adriana worked as an independent documentary filmmaker and a newspaper reporter.
